Company Outline

February 1890 Kojiro Takagi established Takagi Kojiro Shoten in Masaki-cho, Naka-ku, Nagoya, and began manufacture and sale of wire netting.
August 1948 Incorporated Takagi Mfg. Co., Ltd., and Naoharu Takagi took office as the president.
March 1950 Became a member of "KYOUHOUKAI"(Friendship society of Toyota subcontractors).
April 1970 Completed the headquarters building in Nagoya.
May 1973 Completed the Tsukude Plant in Tsukude-mura, Aichi Prefecture.
April 1977 Completed the Nukata Plant (now Okazaki Plant) in Nukata-cho, Aichi Prefecture.
March 1983 Ryuichi Takagi took office as the president.
June 1985 Completed the additional facilities in Nukata Plant (now Okazaki Plant) for plant consolidation.
December 1988 Awarded a Toyota Quality Control Prize.
January 1993 Received a Toyota Award for Technology & Development.
August 1996 Started business operation in Indonesia(Province of West Java).
August 1997 Commemorated the company's 50th anniversary of incorporation.
April 1998 Acquired ISO 9001 certification.
February 2000 Commemorated the company's 110th anniversary of establishment.
